Administrator: Maggie

Maggie is originally from Maryland, where she managed an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist Surgery Center for nine years. Prior to that, she worked for the United States Postal Service Headquarters for ten years, where she was a Lliason to the U.S. Congress. Maggie has been Dr. Gregory's Administrator for seven years, not only running the office and operating suite, but also doing the marketing for the Practice. When she is not at the office, she enjoys relaxing at home with her husband. According to Maggie, "My work is interesting and challenging, therefore I never tire of it."

Nurse Practitioner: Michelle

Michelle has had a diverse experience in nursing. She graduated with her associate's degree in nursing in 1975. She worked for 20 years as a critical care nurse. Due to her interest in women's health issues, she pursued further education in this field. She attended Florida Southern College and Emory University, where she received her certification in Women's Health Care. She worked for the Newman Group before coming to work for Dr. Gregory in July of 2001. She is now enjoying her role as Nurse Practitioner for Dr. Gregory's office. She treats patients who require laser treatment of skin disorders, vein treatments, hair removal, Botox and fillers as well as many other treatments. This position has afforded Michelle the opportunity to train under Dr. Gregory in the proper use of these lasers, and she feels it is both a rewarding and challenging career.

Physician Assistant: Jennifer

Jennifer is a native of Orlando.  She started her medical career as a hospital corpsman in the Navy and as a respiratory therapist.  After serving seven years, she attended the University of Florida to finish her undergraduate degree in Health Science in 2003 and received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2005.  She started her physician assistant career working in surgical intensive care at Shands Hospital and has worked with a local pediatric neurosurgery group.
 She is excited about the opportunities at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery.  Her interests are spending time with her family and attending University of Florida Gator football games in the Fall.  Jennifer attends Highpoint Church located in downtown Orlando.

Nurse: Mary

Clinical Assistant: Renee

Renee is a native Floridian, married with two children and four grandchildren. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. She likes working here with Dr. Gregory and the staff, "... they are like a second family to me. And as for the patients, what can I say - they're the best!" Her job involves a variety of opportunities to work side by side with the staff and patients. Renee feels its always interesting to see the differences in our patients and the smiles on their faces after treatments.

The medical field has always been Mary Ann's professional interest. She has been in the medical field for 27 years. Dr. Gregory's surgical talents make his office stand alone among the rest . She feels its always a pleasure to come to the office to work with the most professional and talented surgical staff which is lead by the best.

Aesthesician: Cindy

Cindy grew up in the Orlando area and is an Honor graduate of Florida College of Natural Health.  She joined the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery in 2006 as an Aesthetician.  Her focus is on anti-aging and Dr. Gregory’s practice offers her the opportunity to work with patients to achieve rewarding results. Cindy is a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church where she is a Eucharistic Minister and the choreographer for the Youth Dance Ministry.

Joelene – Comes to us from Illinois. She has also lived in California & Hawaii. She has over 7 years of Plastic Surgery experience. She is considered a Jack of all Trades. Her experience in the field has equipped her with extensive knowledge and versatility; Joelene is always willing to lend a hand in all aspects of the practice.  Her love of the field is seeing the before & after results with each patient and the happiness that it brings to them. When away from work, she enjoys spending time with family and going fishing. 

Nancy grew up in Central Florida and loves this area. During the seven years she has been with Dr. Gregory, there have been many exciting and new projects for her to work on in the practice. She enjoys new challenges, her family and the wonderful weather that Florida provides.

 Patient Services: Beatriz

Beatriz has been with the practice since 2005.  She has worked in the field of healthcare for over 8 years.  Beatriz enjoys interacting with the diverse group of patients that come to the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery. Fluent in Spanish, she is able to aid in communication with the growing Spanish speaking population of Central Florida. When away from work she enjoys spending time with her family.

Patient Services: Alicia

Alicia was born and raised right here in Central Florida. She graduated from Lake Mary High School in 2003 and then went straight to the University of Florida to study Psychology. In 2004 she married her high school sweetheart, John, an Airborne Ranger in the US Army. Alicia continued at UF until he returned from overseas. They are now very happy to be living back in Lake Mary where they have purchased their first home. Working at the Institute Of Aesthetic Surgery has been such a wonderful learning experience for Alicia from which she continues to learn new things everyday. When not at work she enjoys watching Gator football, playing with her dog, and spending time with friends and family.
